Sometimes a supplier goes down without notification to Rakuten Travel Xchange. We have deployed monitoring technology to prevent these outages from affecting your users as much as possible, but outages may happen from time to time. If an outage is high impact Rakuten Travel Xchange may remove the supplier temporarily, or in rare cases, permanently. We always notify suppliers if any issues ASAP so that they can remedy and continue to provide inventory to the Rakuten Travel Xchange distribution platform.
