Sometimes a supplier goes down without notification to ZUMATA. We have deployed monitoring technology to prevent these outages from affecting your users as much as possible, but outages may happen from time to time. If an outage is high impact ZUMATA may remove the supplier temporarily, or in rare cases, permanently. We always notify suppliers if any issues ASAP so that they can remedy and continue to provide inventory to the ZUMATA distribution platform.
