For those emails where we click options and post notes as initial response (for Ctrip and Agoda mainly) moving forward, we reply to the email instead of posting notes.


We reply to the email sending the screenshot of option we chose.


Note: No need to cc the client main email address. We just respond to the email and email address even if it's a noreply email. We only need to record an initial response email.
