Please ensure that your front-end is set up to prevent this (for API clients).  The White-label is coded to prevent this from happening.  If this occurs, please:


o Step 1:  Create a support ticket in rakutentravelxchange.freshdesk.com.


o Step 2:  Wait for response from Rakuten Travel Xchange on resolution.


o  Please note the Rakuten Travel Xchange cannot guarantee that the extra bookings can be removed without any consequences.
