How do you distinguish an "Urgent" from "On the spot" case?

- The case is considered URGENT when the guest will be checking in within 24 to 48 hours from the time you received the ticket/concern.
- The case is considered as an ON THE SPOT when the guest is currently at the hotel. (e.g., the guest is at the hotel and the booking couldn't be found)
